Personal data involved in creating waves wallet, account in exchanges, and or third-party waves asset supported wallets, if there were any, shall be of full responsibility of the user including but not limited to the sudden loss of Xponz digital assets, data breach, and dDOS attack at a minimum. The store of information, data, and digital assets, or any services availed under Waves platform shall be limited to the technology offered by Waves blockchain up to the latest version.
Transferring your Xponz to Developer may require you to provide additional information to verify your identity (Full Name), address, date of birth, gender, social media account link and email address. The user shall understand that the info provided will be immutably recorded in the Waves blockchain.
